these are the Actual representatives of their respective engineering fields explaining the capabilities of the hmd we have ingame on both rafale.
Meaning that the systems of the rafale have to be capable of obtaining said information and displaying it both on the aircrafts HMD and MFD respectively.

Hell rafale was the only for a lot of time that had friendly IFF in HMD
same applies to the
F-15C GE, F-16C, F-18C, F-18E, J-10A/C, J-11B, Su-30SM/MKM, F-2A, Eurofighter and probably a dozen more that are all missing it

HMD IFF was removed from the new HMD. He was posting that video as proof that the new HMD should have HMD IFF (but currently does not).
