This thread isn’t the place for arguments especially when you’re coming from a place of grievance that some other aircraft doesn’t have it. Ask the community managers or submit a bug report. There’s nothing else I can say.

how about the fact that there are multiple aircraft in the game that have tested HMD IRL but dont have it in game
or the fact that there has never been a community manager or dev statement that say planes that tested HMD will get it in game
due to these indisputable facts, it is safe to say that planes having tested HMD does not mean they will have it in game

Exactly. Look at f-14a or f-16a VTAS for the early f-16s in game.
Note how it says baseline f16 but it’s not in the baseline f16.
Instead gaijin gives it to only later f16s that are not of baseline configuration

If you believe that something is wrong in game, bug report it. There’s no need to come in here and abruptly voice a concern over something that is known.

HMD is a balancing tool so unless you feel like fighting Rafale in 13.0 aircrafts I’d suggest to just let it go

It’s literally been tested in f16s. Compatible with all of them. But only the modern ones get hmd in game. Is that fair? I can find the same resources for the f-14a but it’ll take me a minute

Search up French or Belgian f16 radar hms. You’ll find many reports for it
All I’ve seen is Scorpion for F-16AM, but nothing related to VTAS.
Regardless, whats being implemented is the Devs decisions, on which non of us has influence on.
I’m sure you’d love to fly the F-14A or F-16A at 13.0 and meet 14.0 aircrafts from time to time
No I know it’s up to devs discretion. But it’s just unfair for some planes to get hmd they tested but not for other planes
