Good afternoon, Smin. Thanks for this new Moment of Valor (Brazil). In our community, we are wondering, given the attention Argentina and Brazil have been receiving lately (which has been highly requested and we are eternally grateful for listening), whether there will be more. That is, is it in the plans of Gaijin to give more representation to Latin America, or will it just remain as a few skins for different nations? Any kind of information is greatly appreciated, as it’s of great interest to us.

As a Brit myself I want gaijin to take Latin America seriously as mentioned from both Argentina and the Brazil video plus the content we already have in game.
The skins & vehicles here are only like 40% if you made a tree for them.
As I and others have pointed out, Brazil has enough planes to make a sub tree out of stuff just within the video itself.

To be honest, I wouldn’t mind the initial copy-paste at all. I mean, most new tech trees and sub-trees started with a large percentage of copy-paste and only a few unique things (the only exception being South Africa). If they wanted to implement a LATAM tech tree or sub-tree, most of the vehicles are already in the game, so it wouldn’t be too complicated.
This could generate revenue that could later be used to develop unique assets. I think it’s just a matter of political will: deciding whether there will be more from LATAM; deciding the format it will take; and finally making the decision. I could be wrong, of course, but I agree with you that most of the things for an initial tree/sub-tree are already there. A unique solution was found for Israel, and with sub-trees, multiple issues were resolved. I think another unique solution could be found for LATAM (as well as Poland and others, each with their own particular challenges).

Yea I agree is just the dev’s will to do another nation again. If what you said is true about using the Valour series to fund for more stuff from LA then I’m happy I’ve helped.
If they can do it to Israel then why not do the same again.

Why stop there? They should add every country on earth as separate tech trees in war thunder
That’s not the point we are making here.
The point is they are making an huge effort making with these skins and as you can see this is like 30% of an nation.
I mean the “top tier” here is more than what Sweden had in it’s mid ranks from launch.

Just as a side note, the FAB operates F-39E, aka JAS39E Next-Gen Gripen, and most likely a bit more advanced than whats currently on the table.

We dont need more copy paste in the game, Its merely a waste of developer time when you can just as easily make it into a skin for the already existing aircraft especially if the aircraft has the exact same payload as the already existing vehicle
