Hey, can i ask from where did you get those numbers of penetration? and if you could link it to me. Thanks
BTW, now that im looking at STROP I, I think you have small mistake there is the gunner was on inside

It is more complicated, if I am reading the text at CZK - STROP : Československo / ČR / SR (CZK/CZE/SVK) correctly the Strop 1 has 3 man crew - driver, gunner and commander and one of them sits under the guns and the head is likely unprotected. But from what I understand it has dual control so both gunner and commander can control it + I am not quite sure who sits in the back if it is commander or gunner.
Judging by the sentence ,The optical sight had more or less a function for visual reconnaissance and as a spare sight. The commander was able to check the accuracy of the operator’s tracking and observe the results of the firing”, i think by operator they mean the gunner. Both of them should be sitting inside the vehicle (one of the main reasons why Strop was developed was because of the unprotected gunner). IDK where exactly commander was located though, but the article says that ,In the cage structure under the sighting turret was the commander’s and gunner’s station. Its seat was taken from the BVP-1 and rotated together with the turret. In addition to the optical sight, this station had a duplicate control panel for the SRS, a PRUS indicator, a call box for external and internal communications, a signal and control console for the SRS, and an operator’s station”, so i guess he was right bellow the turret and his seat rotated with the turret of the aiming system.
Shouldn’t the Spyder air defence system be on this list?
Not delivered yet. Also, im not really sure if Spyder could work in-game (I´ve heard they need separate radar vehicle to work, and they also dont carry extra missiles, just 4 in total ready to fire).
I believe it has up to x8 missiles, and can be slaved and fired from the toplite optic on the top.
I think your right. Atleast the Spyder armed with Pythons should be able to do that. Not sure about Derby though. I also think 8 rockets are on all-in-one Spyders only, which Czech army wont have (atleast according to my sources). I think i will have to wait till 2025 to find out how the specific Czech variant will look to decide whenever to add it or not (but i think Toptier SPAA wouldnt be that bad anyway, even without Spyder)
And T-72 Scarab?
For an early rank II or late rank I premium I’d like to suggest the Panzer 39 mod. 1941. This tank is a Swiss continuation of the LTH with a new turret and a 47mm gun.
Just so that commenter on the Instagram can reach 3000 days, I say never add Czechoslovakia >:)
Thats literally me, and i don’t wanna ask for another 6 years 😭 (but i will if i have to ofcourse :))
Foldered with T-72M1
I hope you get Czechoslovakia soon, it is a very interesting nation with a great military history. Some of my favorite firearms were designed there
We all hope. Even if it would be with combination with Poland. Both of these nations would fill each other gaps pretty well so it would make sense.
Absolutely great mix of indigenous and upgraded variants of other tanks in-game. Would be a tree I grind easily. Would the Leopard 2A8 be 12.0+ or is it just too early to add it?
Looks like something interesting may be coming. Ohh and for the air, have you heard the deal we made with Lockheed Martin? Apparantly not only we will have a VR training center here in Czechia, but apparantly L-29NG will be connected to F-35 training. Wound need to find the tweet again

For the english speaker, this is official account or Czech army and it talks about rearming 7th specilzed brigade with new BVP (CV90) and Leopard tanks. “On single platform of CV90 we will build seven specialized variants, all of them with their separate jobs.” (didn’t wanted to use google translate so i hope i translated somewhat correctly and similar to tweet).
This could mean that we will maybe have CV90120 also in the future…but we will see what will come of it
I think i will dissapoint you, but the picture almost certainly doesnt show variants to be fielded by the Czech army (with the exeption of the 2 on the left). The text talks about 7 variants that are to be fielded, but Czech army will field combat, command, reconnaissance, artillery observation, engineering, recovery and ambulance versions - light tank/fire support vehicle such as CV90120 or mortar like Mjorner (or whatever its called) aint one of them. This doesnt mean that we wont see these variants fielded in the future, but nothing is pointing out that we will, either. Slovakia on the other hand is to field Mjorlner, and their purchase of CV90120 in the future is also quite possible
I know that it isnt a picture of the Czech variants. I wanted few videos about CV90s and that is the Swedish intruductions of the variants of them.
Plus what do you think, would our army have use for light tank CV90120 or not?
There would be some uses for them ofcourse, mainly due to its great mobility and better sensors compared to most MBTs, but i also do think that because of the lack of funding, we should just stick to purchasing new MBTs, as they are just better suited for most frontline roles. If we increase our military spending to atleast 3% however, i would gladly see dozen or two of such vehicles getting purchased, either the CV90120 or atleast something like the Pandur II FSV
