Yea the rank placement is weird, it’s 2 steps below the next lowest (T 80 U) which is the only 11.3. Everything else is 11.7+

For me a massive down sight is absence of iron fist aps. Though, 30mm gun is not enough but it has 6 spike missiles which is good
IMO a major problem with it is that its not enough of an upgrade over the 9040 BILL. You exchange the power and HE-VT of the 40mm for spikes. If it was the 9035 or 9050 with APS and air tracking it would be enough of an upgrade to be worth it.

Honestly should 10.3 it has no anti functions, it has no anti air ABM, it has the worst of the 30mm cannons and has the worst armor of all 10.7 IFV’s

When you get hit in the turret you die. Its a crewed turret with 3 crew members with the wrong weight so you are slower than an MBT. So its worse but yeah i guess the puma having to watch as you die is worse than instantly being killed, also no spall liners yet

Nope, this is the CV90 MK.IV model made by BAE. The turretbuses the 30mm with a new UTAAS sight sonit should get AA tracking but gaijin will deny that. Its armor is supposed to stop 30mm and lower APFSDS from 500mm away, it barely stops 50 cal. And it weighs 37t instead of 35t. Id say the Puma was the owrst 10.7 IFV if this thing didn’t just swoop up with 20+ more disadvantages than the puma which i didn’t think was possible

if they ever add the other MKIV that will 100% get it but it’s not looking too optimistic for the one on the dev.
It definitely wont get UTAAS (Universal Tracking Anti Air Sight) the majority of 9040’s didnt have the chip for the sight but it wouldn’t shock me that gaijin doesnt believe in UTAAS for the new CV. Also sweden doesnt use this 9030 MK.IV, they use the 35mm version. Realistically this is the leo problem where gaijin adds Leos you dont need because they want to add all models so it takes years before getting the vehicle you actually need.

and we’ll probably going to need to wait till the end of next year to see the proper version that’s IF they actually add it.
