I agree. The 30mm is really not enough at that BR, especially without a fully unmanned turret

yeah, it really feels like a downgrade from the CV9040 BILL
-worse cannon
-slower fire rate
-no proxy rounds
-a unreliable missile
-less missiles then the CV9040 BILL
-No LWS (this may change)
-no tracking
-higher BR
-a bad commanders mast that’s height can’t be adjusted

yeah, giving this the 30mm will significantly hurt the performance of the vehicle at least with ones from other nations they have tracking and HE-VT
Indeed, the only benefit the current Mk4 has is having the mobility of the pre-nerf CV90120 and spikes being okay-ish for anti-heli use.

the weight and armor are currently wrong so it will be slightly better if they actually fix them but even still it looks like it might be DOA due to the bill just being better.

Ive compared it in an 1v1 with my friend using the mkiv, Ive used the bill and in 90% ive won in different scenarios, MKIV sometimes cant pen the front plate of the bill, i was almost as agile as the mkiv
So the MKIV definitelly a lacksluster in every aspect
currently as of now the armor on the CV9040 BILL is better, the armor and weight are both incorrect on the MKIV and will hopefully be fixed other than that I still see the bill being better cause the lack of a good cannon or APS/with LWS
I feel like full on APS is a bit over the top, i’d be well satisfied with the Bushmaster 3 instead of the dinky Bushmaster 2

What is being implemented is the Demonstrator vehicle, this is likely an interim vehicle until we can see the CV9035 Mk.III C being implemented with the D turret, Akeron MP, 35mm bushmaster, IRST etc. Take this vehicle with a grain of salt and see it for what it is, a demonstrator. There will be bug reports for some missing features tho.
I also dont believe we have seen any Mk.IV with the 40mm Bofors canon, its been seen and tried with 30, 35 and 50mm Bushmasters by my knowledge.

KF-41 and Puma VTF and the Namer series, have all been added, the CV90 is one of the best IFV’s in the world and we keep getting given subpar additions to the game, not to mention the blatant ignorance from gaijin regarding UTAAS and AHEAD… It’s going to be DOA if it doesn’t see some sort of buff before we get it in the live server, be it the 35mm, APS, better mobility or a buff to the Spike (because it’s hot dogwater)…10.7 for a vehicle that get’s outmatched by a earlier counterpart that doesn’t have stab over 30mkh? we need better…this patch…

Exactly, it now requires 400k rp but it should only need 350k at most
Only for Germany and Italy. The namer does not get the ahead rounds.
Of those only the Puma vjtf is not subpar. 10.7-11.0 IFVs are just extremely meh, both the Namers, KF41 and CV90 Mk.IVs are no exceptions.

yep, and the chances they actually add the other d-series turret version with the 35mm, APS, and better commanders optic is super low especially if you look back at what they added for Sweden this year which was almost exclusively premium copy pastes even the stuff they did add to the tech tree was copy pastes like the Grippen and the ush.
Mhm, it’s disappointing. But we’re not the only nation that have been neglected…they gave Japan the TAN SAM and then just decided to not give them anything even competitive after that…we need a MINOR nation patch.

gaijin seems to thinking of the spike to be an godlike misssile and hence massively inflates the BR’s of vehicles like the KF-41, except that the excuse for the KF-41 was also an aps that still dosent work yet, the CV90 MK4 its still not a bad vehicle as it is specially at 10.7 where not every tank its fitted with roof armor or are less armored than 12.0 vehicles

Gaijin really values APS hard when it comes to BRs, a bit too hard.
Look at the new Namer, you get the APS (and more cannon ammo) at the cost of worse depression and spikes being way less versatile, so even though it’s a sidegrade it’s still a higher BR.
Hungary, dutch, chinese focused air totaly all didnt happen
