There would also need to be some sort of pre moderation in order to stop offensive/NSFW skins from appearing.

I think gaijin needs to add more free/unlockable skins, but letting the community do it like that isn’t the way to do it.

yes, thats also a problem. If they had an implementation of the WTLIVE, meaning you can only use skins you uploaded there,that would not be a concern. But current user skin realization is just not suited for such.

In general i don’t think it’s a good idea, the only thing that might save it is the fact that both users must have the same skin installed, but at that point the suggestion i linked above for using it in replays would in my personal opinion be the better (and likely easier) option.

Why did I make this proposal?
It’s because the Creator Skin Program is only available on Gaijin Market. I feel a sense of inequality where certain regions (in my country, Japan, this is influenced by DMM and legal issues, with no solution in sight and little motivation from DMM) and console users are excluded. While the latter is a very difficult problem, the former is an even more difficult problem because DMM and legal issues are actively hindering it.
