Oh, BR changes are gunna be a mess, and nothing is going to be balanced properly ever again… Though at the same time. Is that really new?
But now we can just get every single weapon, no matter the consequence, because you can always opt to not use said max performance weapon and it can be a lower BR.
Always concerned about something like a Tonka GR4 being totally DOA with ASRAAM at whatever BR that would be, but at the same time would always want it…
Now, doesnt matter. heck, 11.7 GR4 with 9Ls is also possible.

Does that mean F-4EJ Kai finally would get AAM-3? (Despite there is F-15J with same loadout 4xAIM-7M + 4xAAM-3s on 12.7)

may we finally get AIM-9L on F-5E, F-4E, Phantom FGR.2
and be able to remove the SRAAM from Hunter F.6 & Harrier GR.1, and give them BRs where they’ll be good (8.7/9.0)

plenty more aircraft would benefit from a lower BR with no AAMs (Looking at you Hawk 200 ZH200), Buccaneer S.2B or Harrier GR.7. A-7s also included

The same way with modules currently. In order to use a missile, you need to have it unlocked. So you configure the aircrafts modules to get the BR

How about early-late vehicles already in game? Un-equipping AMRAAMs from a Tornado F.3 late and mounting skyflashes to it would make it identical to the F.3 early, making the distinction between early and late variants of the same plane almost redundant, are you planning in removing some planes from the tech trees in order to account for that?

Any planned improvements for the custom loadout page in regard to this?
Gunna need both more possible custom loadouts and a better way to organise them for each selected BR. Whether that is automatic (select a different BR and a different set of custom loadouts is shown) or some manual folders
