Shouldn’t Csaba have a vertical stabilizer (shoulder stabilizer - gunstock) in the same way as L3/33 or its X-ray is wrong?

The problema of this vehicules is the damage,the soloturm does very little damage.
Damage is low but ok against most of low tier, for me vertical stabilizer would help a lot, as I had many situations where I failed to make a proper shot after a short stop.
It is clear that the stabilizer helps, but from what the damage of that cannon model provides, it does very low damage, in the test drive many times you do not kill the tetrach with one shot, and the SPAA in front of you sometimes not even with the 5 shots kill him. The problem is that the damage stops for any module or crew member.
