I had the impression that Series X was pretty good? I’m using a Series S.
Good that you’ve never used controller for air, because the control stick resets to centre, making flying motions jerky and difficult to control. With a mouse you can just glide nicely and it works very well.
I think you can just play on console and then move your tech tree onto PC, and you’ll keep the -live suffix. When I say move the tech tree I don’t mean premiums or golden eagles. Just normal progress.
The Series X is a quantum leap compared to the xbox One, yes.
But - You see the differences between console and PC if you can compare them directly. Watching my son playing wt on a good/decent gamer notebook was an eye opener.
Yes and no
When you do the full swap, im pretty sure you drop -Live and gain access to the stores and whatnot, but I can log into my -live on my PC and play, I just cannot buy packs or see the Gaijin market

Well, the Series S is better than the Xbox One S (2013 vs 2020). War Thunder ran at a slower frame rate on the Xbox One, but on Series S it’s nearly perfect - it depends on which map. Some maps are permanently slow, like when I drive through water on Vietnam, or pretty much any part of Attica. Might as well cap those maps at 15 frame a second :-D

Maybe, but you’d have to pay a lot of money for it. With a good CPU the anti-aliasing would be a lot sharper and you’d get a better resolution than 720p or 1080p. I believe you. Series X costs $800 NZD in my market and a PC or notebook for double that would perform better, especially a model from 2024 or 2025. Series X will be almost obsolete by December next year.
