True, It’s just detailed hardware info and driver versions and things like that. I don’t even think it contains any personal identifiable information.

Asking for the files is a gate keeping device to keep down the number of “rage complaints”.
Have you tried using the backup and seeing how it goes after that?
I think the leaving prior to the 6 minute mark would be a crew lock anyway possibly. (Even those other vehicles available in the lineup would also add to that causation)
Just keep adding more of them to the original message (instead of sending a new one), maybe 1-2 more per 1-2 days or so. That way you preserve the date of the original message and it doesn’t look like a new request.
