What crew skills are important for SPAAs?
Usually when I’m getting to top tier I have like 4 well trained crews. That’s enough for my core MBTs but I always have the 5th crew which is low skilled and I set there the SPAAs.
Targeting so u can rotate faster and commander
After that u can go for reload and stuff like that
for toptier spaa, repair skills are most necessary, so you dont wait 30 seconds for your radar to come back up

Targeting, leadership is the most important. If the crewslot is ONLY for that then maybe reloading for some spaa but thats basically it. If its also for mbts then field repair
