Crew fatigue mechanic

I’d like to propose adding a „crew fatigue mechanic“ to Ground Realistic Battles. This feature would bring more realism to the game and add a deeper layer of strategy to gameplay.

In real-world tank battles, crews don’t just rely on their vehicle’s condition—they also have to deal with exhaustion, stress, and long hours of combat. Adding fatigue would simulate this by gradually decreasing the crew’s effectiveness the longer they’re in combat. For example, things like slower reload times, less precise aiming, and slower turret rotation could become more common as the battle goes on.

Introducing this mechanic would also encourage players to be more thoughtful in their approach. Instead of charging full-speed ahead all the time (and stopping German mains from just pushing blindly lol), players would have to think about when to push hard and when to give their crew a break. It could also open up new tactics, like wearing down an opponent’s crew by keeping them in combat longer or using the opportunity to outflank fatigued enemies.

Overall, adding crew fatigue would make matches more dynamic, rewarding strategic thinking and teamwork. It would make the experience more immersive and challenge players to manage both their tanks and their crews more carefully.

I believe this would be a great addition to War Thunder, and I hope you’ll consider it for future updates.
