What should I download, what programs to use, are there videos where they instruct you in great detail on the steps to take?

Creating game maps require development skills. And the most valuable of these is to be able to self taught abot what you need.
I am really sorry but I’m pretty shure your expectations will not be satisfied, every map creator has spent a lot of time studying cdk and understanding how to use them properly, unlikely they will teach how to do this.
