Uhh so this is kinda weird, i downloaded war thunder on a new pc, i adjusted my graphic settings, but when i disabled dlss after enabling the game crashed, now i cant even open the game without it crashing

The game settings I think are in the documents folder, in my games, in war thunder.
If you have no other option, I’d empty that folder out, or just rename the folder to another name.
Just mind that you’ll have your controls reset, as well as your settings. Could be a worthy sacrifice to have it work again.
It fixed itself after a day and now when i try to join a game it instantly crashes. I did what you said but nothing happened

Is it giving you any messages when it crashes, or is anything else happening when it crashes, or has how/when it crashes changed?
Some other folders to clear out in the game folder is ‘compiledShaders’ and the ‘cache’ folder, they’re safe to remove the contents of, then verify files in the launcher and start up the game.
it opens two windows, the usual crash id thing and other one called FATAL_ERROR and just says Exception. This is the crash id that it gave me: c5eb288068, i will try now deleting the folders you mentioned, ill update you
update: Ok so now i deleted the files and vertified the intergrity of the files and still crashes as before, i press play and 5-10 secs into the loading screen it crashes. This is the crash id: 058c58f7cb
I’m looking more for the error message hinting to something like a shader issue, or a runtime crash or whatever else.
Those crash reference codes would need a technical mod or someone to chase the details of them.
Did you do anything like downloading the high res texture option? I’d seen elsewhere someone had issues with the game once they had downloaded that.
