Countermeasures wouldn't fire in GRB (In the replay you can see it glitch each time I hit my countermeasure button)

I was locked by a mig 29 in my F-16 and I went to hit my CM and nothing came out so I hit periodic as well and still nothing came out. I had a 16 ping and 0%pl and on the replay you can see it glitch every time I hit the countermeasure keystroke. I have zero idea what would cause this and this is the first time I have encountered anything like it.
