Could I make a lang mod to make killfeed messages more informative?

I ask because right now if a T-34 kills an allied tank, it would say

Player1(T-34) >BR-350A(MD-5 fuse)> Player2(Pz.IV H)

but what if I wanted it to specify it as a T-34 mod.1942, is that allowed? Especially since it specifies the Pz.IV and Sherman models? Like this:

player1(T-34 mod.1942)>BR-350A(MD-5 fuse)>Player2(Pz.IV H)

btw I have no idea how to this anyways
