Constant packet loss from Claro Argentina to US server

I’m not sure this is the correct forum as this is “community” and i can’t find how to contact gaijin support for this issue.
Since at least 4+ weeks ago(i think around last major update release) the game has been unplayable with Claro Argentina as ISP, i have several friends with this same ISP and we all experience the same:
Severe packet loss and lag spikes that last for dozen of seconds with “server connection problem” that rubberbands and makes game unplayable, if you’re in any plane it’s instant crash.

The loss is so severe the lag and PL counters do not even update correctly, showing upwards of 50% PL and 380+mS latency when the norm is 160mS to US servers.

This happens at least ONCE every match at any time of day any day of the week.

When this event happens ping to gateway, google servers, other us servers is completely normal, ping to google/quad 1 dns stays below 20mS, speedtest are normal and browsing/streaming is normal too.

Since i have no way of tracerouting to WT servers i can’t open any kind of support ticket to my ISP

Im also having the same issue if you find any solutions please tell me

south america is simply too far away from north american servers, add that to a higher player traffic from not only the arrival of a major update but also of highly requested vehicles, winter event and simply just christmas season.
I’ve tried to fly the ta-152 h-1 but ran out of free repairs before even unlocking radiators from crashes or altitude drops from servers just trying to pull me into the ground and ending near a furball or even inside of one.

It’s not just Claro. I have the same problem with Fibertel/Telecom. Unplayable.

I’ve been playing for years, it has nothing to do with what you’re describing.

I have no idea what the reason is, but I’ve been playing for years, in US servers and what’s happening isn’t normal.

It’s a problem with Gaijin and their servers, not our internet, wherever that may be. Gaijin needs to fix it.
