Constant Microstutters + Freezing When Loading In

I’m on Linux and the game is overall running quite badly.

-To maintain 100+ FPS, I have to use a bunch of FSR with sharpening and medium settings, or either use low quality. I know the GTX 1060 is old, but it should be doing better than this.

-Whenever loading into a match, the game freezes a few times in the men (where you select your vehicle, etc) and then once I load in, it plays for a few seconds, then freezes for 1-5 seconds (depending on the map). While doing this, the audio loops and it seems to record my previous input. This is very annoying because if I’m driving to the battlefield, and and it happens to freeze while I’m doing a small turn to to stay on the route I’m going on, it will unfreeze with me faces the opposite direction, usually having ran into a teammate. I always end up having to explain myself in chat. This has been happening for as long as I remember.

-Since updating to kernel 6.8.0-59-generic, the game has ‘microstutters’ that happen occasionally (once every 30 seconds to a minute). They freeze the game for roughly half a second, but it’s enough to be annoying and cause issues when aiming, etc. I have tried restarting (I’ll try again and report back after I post this, as well as checking for any system/driver updates), and nothing has happened.

Thank you in advance for any help! :3

Report: After restarting and updating my PC (again), the microstutters have become much less constant, and it only occurs when something like a large explosion or an otherwise major game event happens. However, the other issues remain to their full extent.
