Having issues starting up the game. Says i need a constant internet connection which i have and is running great but seems to not want to get past that error. Cant get past the start screen, tried restarting the console, clearing the alternate mac address, not sure whats going on. Is there server maintenance going on or any advice for this?

Not just you, one of my other friends on Xbox is having issues too, that just started.

I am not sure that this will help the devs much, but here is what he said about his issue. I think it is Xbox wide, but he was playing Naval fwiw, if that is useful:

There are multiple reports now of an issue with the Xbox server/login/connections etc. See original post in this thread, and my post above.

Mustve happend just today, i was playing last night no problems. Man i guess the xbox hamster is on strike again

Just War Thunder on Xbox from what I have heard. It MIGHT have been resolved now, I have not seen any further reports of issues now.
Fwiw, I am on PC and have had 0 issues myself today. Only my Xbox friends 👍
Did you have any other general issues logging in with Xbox/other Xbox games? Or was it just confined to launching/running War Thunder on your Xbox?
Okay what I’ll do is keep this open for the next hour if the issue has subsided and not come back I’ll close the ticket.

The issue on Xbox seems to be resolved, i am able to launch the game now.
