I was able to play fine yesterday with the big update but this small patch has made it impossible for me to play now. I am constantly getting frame drops about every 2 seconds. Also during the drops it seems inputs are staying so I will sometimes tap a turn right before a drop and when it comes back ill be turned sideways/backwards. I notice when my frames drop my GPU meter drops all performance aswell. I am capable of running this game at max settings and I already run it much lower since I also stream and with DX11.
