ive been at this for awhile now. every time i enter a battle or launch the game it will always have a file read error for example ztz96x_ray error its always random tanks. and yes i have done everything cache, verify, reinstall, and yes the drivers are up to date so explain to me this gaijin. im fed up iv have been trying to fix this for a year now…
I don’t know if you’ve done this, but often uninstallations don’t delete all the files. Like in the appdata folder or something like that?
i have done it. i even deleted the contents file since a gaijin support told someone else to try that
the game was fine for a year. march this year is when this has been happening. i ask for help they give me the same freaking answers of "clear cache reinstall verify files update driver yada yada. only deleting the contents folder fixed it for 1 week before the errors came back.
It’s a bit “extreme” but I would advise you to format your PC. Today it’s quick, if you don’t have too much software on your PC, in 1 hour you don’t even have everything back
every update it gets worse this update was the last straw i can’t even stay in the garage without it having a file read error.
im not willing to go that far for WT i love the game but if deleting everything on my drive it the fix forget it.
i appreciate the help anyway
Afterwards I don’t know if you are comfortable with computers but it’s done quite quickly and it can do the PC good too a little cleanup
I hope you find a solution to your problem
If you ever have an external hard drive, you can try installing it on it and launching it from this disk to see
从“风暴来袭”版本更新开始,我的战争雷霆就开始出现“81110007”错误,希望能找到解决方法
Dude same Its getting so annoying did you find any fix yet for it ?
its a bit late, but i just want to add my 2 cents as a computer refurbisher with tech 2 certification. the only reason you ever need to format a pc is cleaning the data of previous user, virus, or windows does not post. a game crashing is never a good enough reason to format a pc. instead you will have a better effort/time ratio just looking up where the files remnant of the game are and deleting them manualy if you need a ‘‘clean’’ install of a game. or waiting on a patch from 3rd party software sellers. i’m just leaving this here for the blessing of others in the future
It is if you have exhausted all avenues in making sure you can’t fix it.
The time you take in formatting can very much be faster than even diagnosing the issue.
In saying that, I don’t think I’ll find that much diagnosing going on, or mentions of the primary methods to fix issues.
Much of this situation is virus scanners not having exemptions put in, or one time, someone had onedrive mirroring thier game.
Definitely got to check everything.
(Edit - People should try to empty the compiledShaders folder considering that filename that is erroring out, could easily be referencing that)
do what feels right.
