I plan to change my War Thunder Xbox account to pc but can I? And also, will I lose my progression on the other games of my Xbox account? This change would be for me to be able to access the marketplace.

You should be able to use your Xbox account on PC
but account transfers are closed indefinitely, so you can’t access the market
