Comprehensive Technical Review: BM “Oplot,” “Duplet”/”Nozh” Dynamic Protection System, and Modeling Deficiencies

Ah the squadron tank is a good point. Very unfortunate and seems like the actual reason for the nerf. Such a shame that Japan is nerfed because of china.

They haven’t been able to fix the missing 360-degree rotation of the 12.7 mm machine gun for over 4 months, even after an accepted bug report - so what’s there to say about the other issues with this tank…

Spoiler

(I won’t even mention the double standards here, I’ll just leave this image.)

Neither have they fixed the misalignment of the Mg. It’s not even useful as a 50 cal cause it doesn’t shoot where you aim.

T72 arena’s aps works since it was added recently but KF41 APS has been bugged for 2 years. Really feels like some nations get preferential treatment. sigh

There is a new armor deficiency: 35 mm APDS can go through the drivers port of the Oplot-T/M.

Probably gotta wait another six months for them to fix this as well.

Oplot-T with half of its side skirts removed, I wonder why we don’t have that ERA on that block in the game? Did Gaijin model it wrong? The ERA blocks don’t even look the same size.

I suspected that ERA should be present in all 6 sections (since all 6 share the same design and width, unlike the rear ones), rather than just the first 5, but I haven’t been able to find any documentary evidence to support this.

Just my thoughts...

Personally, I would add that if these tanks had been put into serial production for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, I believe that by now ERA would have been installed along the entire side of the hull, if not in other areas as well, along with other protective structures.

they just want to make the oplot weaker
