in the newest update, rafale’s flight model got nerfed with more drag. why? why are we nerfing planes to make them unfun? i want to see the proof that rafale, in the real world, does indeed have that added drag. you can’t just keep artificially nerfing planes for… god knows why.
same with the mig 29’s. its severely underperforming. i don’t know if it’s too old and not top tier people aren’t complaining that much more about it, but i don’t see the point.
you want to call it “balancing”? then how is j15t 14.7? 48 countermeasures, not the best flanker flight model, definitely mid for top tier. mid engines, bad acceleration and climb. no 360 rwr coverage, standart 140 degree radar. the missiles it has, pl12 and pl12a, which was also nerfed, can quite literally be rolled away under the right circumstances, mid range and definitely almost one of the worst pulling missiles, so not a dogfight missile.
but, the f15c golden eagle is 14.3? let me get this clear, it has 12 amraam’s, more than j15t’s fox 3 pylons, it has INSANE acceleration and climb, its flight model isn’t bad, it has almost infinite countermeasures, the range on the amraam’s is arguably the best. how is it 14.3?? it should definitely be 14.7.
back to my main topic, i’m still going to assume rafale was nerfed because of “balancing” and no actual real world proof that it has the added drag in real life. how is it balancing? then nerf the typhoons. eurofighters have 200 degree radar and a better MAWS system, better engines and better flight model. it can carry 8 amraam’s and 2 additional fox 2’s. it has more countermeasures than the rafale. sure, it might be like this in the real world, but then nerf it too if we’re just gonna artifically nerf everything based on absolutely nothing.
my point here isn’t to nerf vehicles, i think this nerfs because of balancing should stop and i actually think that the added drag on the rafale should be removed. i know this sounds like a rant, because it is, but this has to stop one way or another, and i want it soon.
