IMO micas can be dodged easily (at long range) then at close range, it depends, are you close enough to quite literally touch the rafale or mirage? Then u can dodge, but .50km or .25-.50miles you’re dead

What about gun cas planes? Just planes with high pen guns like the Yak 9? Its killing Tigers without Strike Ordnance. How will this be handled with the new aircraft spawn system? Its a strike capable plane without Strike Ordnance…
They already said that AP belts will be part of the “CAS” category, so spawning with Yak 9T with ground belt will be double if trying to spawn again, but you’ll get a normal SP cost second spawn if using the default belt that gets 1 AP 1 HE, i think at least.
I wonder if the Stealth Belt on the Ho229 will count as Strike, it’s super effective against light vehicles with 50 pen and you’d get 2 CAS spawns out of a Horton, could be peak.
Yes. but it also killZ with the default belt. Some planes have high pen on their guns with just normal ammo. They can kill tanks without using special ground belts. Yak 9 are just the most obvious contenders for that. They’re super deadly even vs. Heavy Tanks.
I can totally see that bringing Yak9 of doom totally won’t count as ‘Strike’. In very low BR matches it would be the Buffalo as well, with ordinary cal50 belts…wrecks vs early tanks.
Will we get the ability to configure this action panel any time soon? It is already massively cluttered and whilst most of the time I have it disabled. It would be nice to have the odd item displayed on it.
there is no reason why france should be getting algeria tree, even during the war france didnt have unique tank or plane, just us made or GB plane or tanks. i am from this country and i can understand what you tried to said, but you cannot put soviet vehicule on a french tech tree, plus its not like unique ones, just copy paste. other reason is that algeria dont have a reason to be a sub tree, there is no kind of vehicule except one, mig29m that can be added since russia didnt buy it and kept the 29smt until the mig35 arrive. that it for air. for ground is a other argument but there is the mini terminator on t55. nothing else. even the MKA isnt even worth it to add. but india should really get its own tree. too unique, astra missile/r77-1/israeli bombs/r73/british asraam/mig29k/rafale with micas and meteor. too bad gaijin dont wanna add new trees.

its simple if you take time, there is 3 types of jets in india air force. 1/india aircraft with the 4 allys wepaons (france/britain/russia/israel) 2/ aircraft with russia focus and a bit of india taste like the su30mka, mig21 and mig29k. 3/ the france plane with nato weapons like the mirage 2000 and rafale and jaguar. the most unique is the tejas. he get everything. india astra/russia brhamos/ israeli laser bomb/ britain assram/israeli pythons and derby. for the russia side its the same, only difference is they added the astra missile and a anti radration missile copy from the russia kh31. for the france side its the same, meteor/micas/storm shadow, that one time they tested a r73 on a mirage 2000. not to mention they use israeli pods/glide bomb/ and french missile bomb that we have in game. so yeah that the most one. no need to mention jaguar and others

Dosent mean they use it operationally and you completly forgot the rafale which can use the magic 2, the mica and the meteor, with the meteor being a missile that wasn’t seen on any other Indian aircraft besides the rafale

I don’t understand why you would add an upper to the UAV.
The UAV is already strong enough (perhaps even too strong) with its current specifications, and adding an upper would significantly upset the game balance.
If you want to enable reconnaissance with the UAV, you should require SP for its flight.

I saw what they plan on doing with the scout UAV but I feel like scout helicopters like the OH-53 or Z-11 are more deserving of a limited scouting ability. I mean they don’t impact the outcome of the match with the small payloads that they carry so why not give them a passive ability? They can use their payloads then scout a few targets for friendly air and ground forces before returning back to rearm. Would make for a nice addition to the helicopter gameplay loop for any nation with scout helicopters.

I’m not sure about the silent eagle, although it may be enticing, its weapon load is heavily constricted down to just 2 sidewinders and 2 AMRAAMs, i’m thinking its just gonna be a current day F-15C with the talon hate pod that is literally just a fuel tank with IRST in the front at least for one of its forms
