Yeah, it is 6 seconds cooldown without an UAV in the air, and 18 seconds and With UAV whenever the player has an UAV in the air. Doesnt matter whether the enemy is scouted with the tank or the UAV. Ridiculous.

No it is not rediculous. Even if you don’t scout with the UAV, you still know WHERE they are, and can still use the squad ping. Or go back to your tank and use the map ping. No, the cooldown needs to stay extended if that UAV is in the air. Want the quick cooldown back? Crash your drone then.
I play light tanks 90%+ of the time. The extended cooldown is absolutely warranted when the UAV is in the air.
Or they could fix the everlasting bug that is the current spotting system? Why would they still let it be more efficient to spot an enemy through a kilometer of terrain than to spot someone partially hidden by a lamp post?
Okay but that still doesn’t mean that is it a good vehicle. Just because something in the game is worse doesn’t make the thing any better. Comparing which vehicles are worse only divides the playerbase and stops us from being united and asking gaijin to buff ALL the vehicles that were unfairly treated.
