Community Update No.10: Starting The Year Off!

how is artillery going to do indirect fire even on the largest maps?

150x normal countermeasures and 45x large CM, but at least it has MAWs.

The EFT dogs on the F-16C too in terms of flight performance so even if it had the better engine it wouldn’t make a massive difference.

give it the the sparrow P too

not happening

I hope they add a plane that won’t instantly become the worst 14.7 jet, which the F-16C PoBIT would be.

idk, turn the area into unhabitable zone - zoning?

F-15EX would really be the on thing that can be sort of comparable to other top tier planes

(Obviously others will be better)

Like it will have full spherical rwr and possibly MAWs

It’s a shame because I would really like to see the F-16C PoBIT at 14.0-14.3, but I have a feeling that Gaijin will go “AIM-120D = 14.7”. Where it just gets dunked on by everyone.

Yeah it just has really nothing going for it

better have maws or else its double standards since they gave ldircm to non-US 64Es

who’s “we” ?

I don’t see Poland anywhere

Yeah… same goes for Ground.

Bug reports affecting certain tanks were accepted yet ignored for years because “according to statistics they were doing just fine”… only finally beginning to have some fixes once their “performance” dropped too badly.

This is a horrible mentality, to be honest. Accuracy, faithfulness and technical clarity should ALWAYS come first, no matter what. Then balance out by other non-invasive means, primarily BRs, rates of fire and mmunition choices.

I hope so, as much as I’d like a new modern F16, it wouldn’t cut it at 14.7.

The EX on the other hand, while still not on the level of the delta canards, would be a much better option imo.

Hopefully the guess list will show the better option.

I’m wondering how long it’ll take them to push top tier to 15.0, considering they took a full year to push it by 0.7 after the eurocanards were added

Gaijin usually only does the bare minimum necessary. Without outside forces expect the next BR raise to come in another year.

They first raised it after the Su-30SM, and then again after the Su-30SM2 and AESA EFTs. Since 5th gen was leaked, I’m assuming we’ll get a higher br sometime in the year

GNSS means reduced IOG drift for air to air and air missiles when flying on their own. Nothing more, nothing less.

Theoretically it would also mean that you could fire a missile via DL (Link 16 for example) which gets its information from sensors of other planes like AWACS. It would just receive GNSS coordinates and vectors via its DL with regular updates.

Could should would. But it doesn’t and unless Gaijin adds AWACS and team wide datalink, it will continue to be flavor text.

Then adding 120D in current shape to current US top tier aviation will be biggest nothingburger of all time.
