Two-way datalink allows for the aircraft to know the position of the missile rather than guessing where it is.

Yes, but slightly. With GNSS guidance stacked on top it will have a much better/stable flight path than current missiles.

You will see a much more clear improvement in performance (at least in kinematic effective and maximum range) with the D-3 variant.

They do, they are the ones who carry the AIM-174B (although technically it can be retrofitted to any)

Hmm alright then, so nothing new in aerodynamic design. I guess that’s fair. The R-77M can wait and it will eventually come anyway.

Allegedly the AIM-120D introduced even better trajectory shaping that increased its range, so higher loft? Idk.

Yes, Block 3 does exist. 174B is only carried by block 3 IIRC. I think you are talking about advanced superhornet prototype

Well, C-7 we have ingame uses a new motor which was carried over to the D variant though im not sure if they improved the motor in the new variant.

Are these going to be purchasable via Steam?

C-7 in-game uses the same motor as C-5 though, no?

Hmm, I won’t lie I & many others were expecting some news on submarines in the first Community update post of the year, this is governed by constant new additions of UI & text changes in the CDK along with the undocumented UI addition for depth charges in the last update.

Anywho onto this post.

That could point to above further yet I feel that that already used the weapons were already tracking where a torpedo went (I know I did), yet this is a boon in any case. Although I wish you would look into increasing the detection ranges of torpedoes as currently in RB that skill is near pointless an only has a use when torpedo wakes are bugged (which is annoyingly often).

Sidenote, what ship is that? Superfiring open mount turrets, the deck looks Japanese while having a crane on the stern, a tripod mast & one far aft funnel just ahead if said mast. I can only guess a Kuma class or Sendai class.

Hmm, not overly recent although I want to request that these can be turned off in options, nothing good comes from over clutering your GFCS UI.

This follows into above but that seems like a better place for crew deaths being counted over midscreen, my only request to further this change is to allow us to change the colour of these UI’s as the default pale white is often hard to bloody read on a tele (hell even when on PC sometimes.
