Literally only one way to save US air winrate is to add aim-260 nothing else
All “new-gen” BVR missiles do.
AIM-120D and onwards, R-77M, R-37, etc. You get the gist.
Basically, if it goes beyond 120 km, it has two-way DL

You could give them F-22s with Aim-260 and Aim-9X Blk2 in a total vacuum and I still dont think they would have good stats
