With more nations receiving top tier premium aircraft equipped with Fox-3 missiles, we’ve been discussing which aircraft could be the next additions to WarThunder. Below is a collection of some of the most popular suggestions from the community.

For the early Eurofighter suggestions, the proposed loadout would be limited to four AIM-120A and four AIM-9M missiles, without dual pylons for balancing reasons. Once battle rating decompression is introduced, the AIM-120A loadout could be increased to six AIM-120A missiles.

I’m fine with whatever option they choose, as long as it comes with a wide selection of interesting camouflage options. An $80 premium aircraft should include as many quality camouflages as possible, especially considering the price.

This should also include camos from different operators to add more variety and make the vehicle more appealing. I’ve never been a fan of adding expensive premium aircraft that only come with a single camouflage.

Anyway issue with EFT isnt missile loadout - even with only 4x AMRAAMs it still EFT FM wise (or at least as far as i know). Put it at BR too low and it could potentionally be problematic.

This could work really well, even the single seat version. However, considering Gaijin has avoided adding Mirage 2000 premiums for France, they would probably do the same for Israel, which is really frustrating.

The single seat version is for the regular TT, so the double seat can be an event/squadron,/premium, but yea I guess they won’t put a 14.0 as a premium (yet)

There is 2 different approachs I see to the T1 EFTs.

Aim-120Bs instead of C5s (You can debate whether that is actually a downgrade or not), but whether the loadout should be restricted or not is a debate (i.e, no dual rack AMRAAM). I dont see any reason why the loadout should be restricted in terms of Aim-9M fit (dual rack Aim-9Ms) nor why you should be able to run 6x Aim-120B.

I dont know if that would be enough for it to be 14.0 instead of 14.3 though.

A2G should be the area of most restriction, probably limited largely to unguided weapons and maybe GBUs. This would probably allow it to be a little lower in GRB like 12.7.

Straight C&P of the M-Scan Typhoons A2A loadout, but with the restricted A2G loadout from above. So it would definetly be 14.3.

You could do a 4+4 restriction on it, but it would still be 14.0.

Given that they wont add “top tier” premiums which at the moment would be 14.7 and not 14.3, that isnt necessarily an issue, and by the sounds of it, air’s max BR will be increasing again sometime soon™

In either case, I dont see why they would be broken premiums if placed at a reasonable BR, they would only be “broken” if they did what they do with the soviets and place them a full BR+ below where they should be (though 13.3 Typhoons would eb kinda fun).

The CAPTOR-M though is a terrible radar to the point the M-Scan Typhoons really arent any good at 14.3 at the moment

I mean, how many jets do we have at 14.7 which have still a Mech radar?
Dont they all have AESA at 14.7?

Yup, but even compared to the M-Scans of other nations… Its not in a good state

They can do whatever they want, as long as it can realistically work at 13.7.

I’d probably prefer them over the F-16s because of the BOL pods. I’ve played the F-16s a little and found the limited number of countermeasures to be really frustrating. Having to sacrifice a missile just to carry more countermeasures, because you can’t carry air to air missiles on the MAW pylon, is incredibly annoying as well.
