Currently, large frigates and destroyers use the same spawn points. For high-performance frigates like the SKR-7, this is not an issue; however, for frigates such as the Spey, Tacoma-class, Dealey-class, Albatros, and Groza, their firepower and speed are severely lacking, making it difficult for them to compete with destroyers of the same class. Yet, placing them at the fast boat spawn points is also highly inappropriate.
Additionally, for minesweepers like the M802/M17 and patrol vessels like the Peacock-class, their protection and firepower are too strong to share spawn points with fast boats.
This situation must be addressed. Considering the recent introduction of the Alcione frigate, this issue has likely garnered more attention.

The ships you mention are quite slow and on many maps that is a disadvantage. The problem would be where to place them and that everything is reasonably balanced.
