Similarly to the newly added LMUR, the CM502KG’s primary targets will be Anti Aircraft Systems while the AKD-10 will remain the primary Anti-Tank weapon
There is not much that can be done about it as there’s not much official and trustworthy available information about this specific aspect of the missile from what I can find
Only thing we can hope for is that it eventually gets resolved…
AGM-114, Spike and other top-attack missiles are also bugged and won’t actually follow a proper top-attack flight trajectory
As a missile intended for export, its public data is very detailed, and we have also submitted all the manufacturer’s data. If the public data is restored, the current problems will all be resolved, but the production team refuses to acknowledge this.
The biggest problem with this missile right now is its blast radius, not anything else. It can’t even effectively penetrate the side of a T34. With a 7kg warhead, its penetration capability is even worse than the 2.64kg 30f11.
The missile had a penetration rate of 2/12 against the Leopard 2A4 at the test site. This is a laughably fake statistic.7kg of explosives can penetrate a Leopard 2A4 even with direct fire. Various WWII howitzers can easily do this, even though they only have around 5kg of explosives.Chinese players discovered from the code that the CM502KG has a limited explosion range, which is unique among all air-launched high-explosive ammunition.
“radius”:0.3
This also explains why its 7 kg of explosives were useless.
