To my knowledge yes, it has thermals, stabilization, an LRF, pretty much everything the in-game CM11 has, but on a different hull.

This and the Wan Chen 4 both belong in the tech tree. Missing for some weird reason but they represent important parts of Taiwan’s military history! +1
