Outside simulator, I’ve had no issues with R-77s and R-27s. In simulator I have had issues with R-77s, but not to the point where they’re objectively dissimilar.
People thinking similar = identical need to grab a dictionary.

And yes, the F-15E’s dogfight performance is sub-par, below that of even Mig-29SMT because the F-15E weighs over 15,000kg EMPTY while needing more fuel than other aircraft.

R-77s are not the main problem: the radar is garbage, can’t keep track of anything in TWS. Flight performance is terrible. F-15E doesn’t dogfight well (also never argued about dogfight performance, i was talking about BVR) but has insane acceleration energy retention and climb rate which are the most important parameters in air RB and BVR in general.
Su-27 has average acceleration and terrible dogfight performance, only F-15E is worse (and not by a lot).

About equal in BVR to the F-15E is simply an objectively wrong take, Su-27sm has NOTHING BVR related that is better than the F-15E

“Missile Evaded” message: We analyzed player feedback and decided to improve this feature. In some modes it will be completely hidden (SB), and in the rest (AB, RB) it will be possible to hide it or leave it at the player’s discretion. Evasion statistics in the debriefing menu will remain for all modes. We’re working on the ability to hide or enable the message at the moment, if everything goes fine this option will be available soon.

what about add bonus for Evaded a missile?take off and killed by a ARH missile like AIM54 is quite boring and lack of interaction.the bonus can be small and have a limit(like 5~10 points per missile and 100~200 points as the limit)I’m sure that’s what players want to see

There is something many miss and can cause misunderstandings so wanted to ask:

Have you taken into account channel-loss of the engines or are you using the static test numbers and comparing them straight with the numbers shown in game?

Or have you tested the thrust in game and found it to differ from what its stated to be?

A: Yes, we have plans for playable submarines, but no further details on this yet.

A: Obviously, these types of aircraft that are “not very well fitting into the meta” cannot be a regular addition to the game, since we try to please as many players as possible with updates. But these types of vehicles will appear from time to time. Including some interesting things that are already in the plans for 2025.

Thrust is correct.
Unless you’re talking about uninstalled thrust, but the Mig-29 has an anti-FOD device that blocks airflow until a high enough speed.
After the anti-FOD device opens, the thrust correctly increases until over a peak thrust of 13,000kgf per engine.

If you don’t like Mig-29’s anti-FOD device lowering thrust on the runway [and only the runway], then that’s an issue you have with Mikoyan, not Gaijin.

I’m comparing the numbers game is giving in X-ray, with numbers in the files on my own PC.

idk not sure that “series 3” engine, which has “more” thrust in X-ray, to have less. Plus, you just confirmed that X-ray is in fact, lying. 6820 kgf on xray and 6787 in game.

While I dont main Russian aircraft, that seems like a fair compromise/buff. If the flight model of Mig-29 and Su-27 are really that bad, I would rather see the FM get a buff rather than just newer/ OP missiles.

That’s 6775 at 35 meters [which sadly matters] above sea level on Denmark which isn’t a Standard Day.
There will always be margin of error cause there’s not a single test drive map that’s at Sea Level AND a Standard Day in air temperature [and potentially other parameters].

Grb sam update is long overdue because of the more and more advanced air to ground munition making cas practically unkillable for ground player , nice to see that dev also aknowledge that finally, hoping the spaa upgrade is number 1 priority for now, and could come as soon as possible for all tree that need them, preferably at the same time

Everyone complains that the russians have bad flight models but don’t realize that they have better low speed maneuverability than most us jets, at higher speeds I have found that they are pretty evenly matched performance wise and this is coming from an American and a US main
