CM Covert Disclosures No.3: Updates from Smin

@Smin1080p_WT
I do hope this ping doesn’t bother you, however I’d like to ask:
Given the developer team is still looking into the F-111F/C and its implementation ingame, can we expect its placeholder RWR and Radar to be fixed eventually in the coming weeks? It currently uses the F-5Es radar as a placeholder, and the RWR is copy paste from the F-111A.

If Gaijin really wanted to give germany a ADATS, they could add the one on a swiss chassis, since Switzerland is a german subtree now

They could just like they couldve added a US spaa instead of being lazy and adding the skink.

Is it? I have not seen any confirmation.

But why the British (Canadian) one?

Because they have 2 Canadian leopards?

Hey in gaijin words those nations arent exclusive to any nations and their vehicles can go wherever. Besides The germans want vehicles from just as many nations as the british at times they just blend together. Besides the whole F111C thing has been a pretty hot topic in a few servers im in on discord. One of our Danish servers has a few memes about Britain and germany fighting over who can claim what nations.

Pretty sure Smin also confirmed it on the forum but I cant find the Quote

That is not a sub tt…
Just what we knew for a long time, that Swiss things are put in Ger for now. If they want, they can put a random Swiss thing into any other TT

The future 2042 they fill the gap.

i would be pissed tf off if i bought a vehicle and it got moved into a different tech tree

Not a “hardcore” main of US, though I do play them a lot. But why would we freak out over you getting the M4A5? Just curious. It’s a great tank.

I mean it would be like the others if it was moved. If you had the US one you got to keep it but now you can only buy it in the UK tree.

Similar stuff happened to premiums when they added a new TT.

Yeah but the original stayed in the old TT, stuff like the Shot Kal Dalet, Merkava Mk.3D, Strv 81 (RB 52) and others can still be played in their initial TTs.

Would you mind explaining how exactly does the PL-8B differ from the AAM-3 and R-73 so much that it somehow warrants extra extra “”““consideration””“” and yet had no qualms with putting these 40G IRCM missiles on the F-15EJ and Su-27? Most of top tier air still don’t have IR missiles comparable to those, and the Su-27 was demonstrably extremely OP on release before they nuked it into the ground. At this point Gaijin literally has a track record of constantly gimping Chinese jets and refusing to fix them like the J-11A even after multiple bug reports have been submitted and forwarded for review, please explain to me how this double standard works because the fact that the J-10A doesn’t come with the PL-8B out of the box makes no fucking sense to me whatsoever despite being clearly equipped with them in real life on a regular basis.

Ah yes rename the gun of the Sholef since thats oh so important, but still refuse to give it all its features.

Okay and? Why are you complaining about PL-5EII being equal to AAM-3/AIM-9M?

Su-27 was never OP in the history of War Thunder.
Not sure how J-10A being one of the best 13.7s in the game is bad for China.
It’s obvious that your post is just spreading disinformation against Chinese aircraft; and I hope you didn’t intend for that and instead just made mistakes.

J-10A has one of the best missile kits in War Thunder. PL-5EIIs and PL-12s.

Imagine Gaijin adds this, as if the US hasn’t been complaining about having the largest gap between small-caliber SPAA…

True, there should be more 40G IR missiles, especially for the US (since before ARH they’ve been stuck with just 30G)

I admittedly am biased in favour of Chinese jets but I definitely agree with that for the rest of the other nations, absolute horseshit that 2 countries gets to have 40G IRCM missiles meanwhile the best I have are literally just magic 2s

Magic 2s are the 2nd best missile in game due to having a longer effective range than R-73s due to not being thrust-vectoring.
