I installed the game for the first time on 25th jan 2024. Everytime i play it just crashes with clockwatchdog timeout error before freezing with a buzzing sound. I have tried running the 32bit client, ran sfc scan and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but to no avail. Some times it crashes when i just reach the lobby while other times it crashes when i have played 10 to 15 mins. Any help really appreciated.

- Verify the integrity of the game files
- Disable custom content

How to Grab a DxDiag Log
Step 1: Open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
- Open the Run dialog box by pressing Windows key + R simultaneously.
- Enter
dxdiag
into the Run dialog box and press Enter.
Step 2: Allow the Tool to Scan Your System
- The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will automatically start scanning your system for information about your hardware and software.
- A green progress bar will appear in the bottom-left corner of the window while the scan is in progress.
Step 3: Save the Diagnostic Information
- Once the scan is complete, click on the “Save All Information” button located at the bottom of the window.
Step 4: Choose a Save Location and File Name
- The “Save As” dialog box will appear.
- Ensure the “Save as type” option is set to “Text (*.txt)”.
- Select a suitable location on your computer to save the log file and provide a descriptive name.
- Click “Save” to proceed.

Hey,
Please reinstall your GPU drivers using DDU or similar software (Make sure you follow the instructions for the software like using Safe Mode and restarting in time).
Please run the following commands in a Terminal (Like CMD) as Administrator (Run terminal as admin):
sfc /scannow
CHKDSK c: /f /r
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
After all these steps, give the game another try and see if the issue is resolved.

I have done all that uninstalled gpu drivers using ddu in safe mode followed all the instructions and ran all the 4 commands which ran fine and gave absolutely no error or any corrupted files. But still the issue persists.
