I could probably find that exact copy in the national archive if i spent some time looking signatures included as well
It is really… REALLY important to try and make sure something is in fact declassified, and the name of the Document is mentioned as well as confirmation of the document being declassified before posting it on our Forum in the future… Accounts can be banned outright for failing to do so as someone mentioned
