The Churchill VII is extremely effective now. It can Finally dish out as much damage as it can resist.
Should it go up Now? Extremely debatable. It still Takes 3-4 days to reach the battlefield. But When you are in the center and actually fighting the Enemy you are a menace. With the added HE filler you can abuse the he** out of weakspots and on occasion oneshot enemies. And your armour especially with added armour upgrades makes you quite scary for the Enemy.
