Chinese Typ 69

It is not a very different tank from the T-54 and T-55. Its biggest problem, which is the same as the other Br8.0 and 8.3, is that a change in the damage and penetration model would be necessary, and above all a rebalancing and decompression of the vehicles, apart from the fact that it would be interesting if the tanks were given the historical bullets that they used.

it is
you havent played it, so you have no idea
it has no usable kinetic round, so any map filled with lots of small obstacles is your bane by default
t55a could use aphe to instanuke anything it can pen, while also enjoying a usable dart for long range/uptiers
t54 though… a victim of compression unfortunately

i vividly remember playing seversk and having to use the dart… then i met a maus…

T-55A’s APHE is pretty mediocre imo, I have main the APHE for a long time and couldn’t manage to get my KD past 1.5 lol as soon as I start using the dart I’ve turned things around pretty quickly

This is post-dart performance, the dart sucks but not worse than APHE if you play the way the game requires you to win, I do miss APHE during a flank as they almost always guarantees OHKO. The only good APHE worth using at 8.3 is T-10M/IS-7 or Object 140, else dart is way better for most situations.

It would be interesting if they finally implemented the much-needed decompression of the Br.
It would also be interesting to review the Type 69’s APDS-FS, as there are reports indicating that it would actually be a tungsten-cored bullet and that it would penetrate slightly more at all bullet speeds. Also, they should review the T-55’s 3BM25, which in-game is confused with the 3BM20 (or even worse), when in reality the 3BM25 is similar to the 115mm 3BM21 and the 125mm 3BM22, the only difference being the velocity.
That said, if we were to be realistic, the Type 69 would have had quite poor accuracy, which is why the model with a smoothbore barrel was in service for such a short time, and the barrel was soon replaced by the 100 mm D10T and later by the 105 mm L7.

Vickers has like 2.5s faster reload and also gets more gun depression.
