I can speak 3 language including Malay, Chin and Eng. i have encounter some of their message is rather funny, disrespectful, nsfw, CCP propaganda

If you think that someone is breaking game rules (in battle, on chat or by the nickname), please report such behaviour directly via in game complain system. Game Masters will check the report, and if valid, such user will be punished.
Discussing this on forum (especially quoting rule breking content) will change nothing. We need report connected to specific account.
