Some say it is China 4th Gen MBT prototype (thus not a light tank)
ZTQ15/VT-5 is classed as a Light weight MBT and this thing is also getting classified as MBT. So that could mean that its based on VT-5/ZTQ15. Also the shape and size of the hull is almost same as ZTQ15/VT5.
It doesn’t have the same hull shape as the ZTQ-15, i think its own independent project that we last year.
Note the similarities on the turret face.

This one would be a great choice in the CN TT. The ZTQ-15 has almost everything you can ask for a good tank: Great movility, good firepower and some protection. Maybe its main drawbacks are the tightly packed crew compartment and that it’s a Light Tank (althought that is reasonable since the ZTQ-15 is tasked as a Rapid response to threats on rough terrains)
There are currently no news of a Chinese 4th Gen MBT. The closest thing we have so far is a ZTZ99A armed with a 140 gun for testing purposes

Gaijin better fix the armor issues and reload on the ZTZ99A at the next update. We don’t need T-90M armor we just need a good enough armor and a 6+ sec reload. There is currently nothing good about the ZTZ99A except for a little bit of extra mobility, which is really useless in most cases.

Nice but some of the placements are wrong. ZTQ-15 is better than the VT5 and now we have VT5 in-Game and its at 11BR.
The WZ1001 also isn’t better than the ZTZ99A; the WZ1001 and WZ123A(Y) were Prototypes of the ZTZ99A and over time 99A has been further upgraded.
VT4A1 also isn’t better than the ZTZ99A, its Chinas export Tank but only Thailand uses the earlier VT4 Model. 99A is much superior to those.
ZTZ96B also should be before ZTZ99s, ZTZ-85 III, ZTZ98 and so could be around there too.
VN20 could have two Version one with its unmanned Turret and 30mm Gun+ATGMs and the other which has an 100mm+30mm Gun like the ZBD04A but also ATGM Launcher.
And needs AFT10 too
