I can’t get on the website (cnki) I might look for this on some sort of academic platform.
I’m on the website now, but issue is, I need the title of document rather than this which only has chapter title. I am looking for anything missile related now.

R-27T was built in the early 80s idk why it’s being compared to a 2000s missile

So much bigger as well, but similar speed I guess is where the comparison comes from. Could be just a more manoeuvrable version with IRCCM. Might be quite nice actually considering the range.

The acceleration of the PL-8 to begin with was one of the bonus’s. Of course, all AIM-9L and other non-IRCCM missiles are already considerably underperforming in-game so the jump to IRCCM seems more noticeable than it should.

Saying controversial stuff like “new threat to B-21” is to garnish views. It’s just propaganda again, there currently does not exist a missile especially suited for engaging stealth aircraft and a hypersonic missile will not have any viable IR based seeker system.

Can’t confirm but could this be PL12A?

The text on the side of the missile looks new but this does not look like a service missile. This seems to just be a display model of some sort. There is no clear distinction between PL-12 and PL-12A at this time.

What we know is that, so far, all in-service live ordnance will have a visible target detection device of some sort whether it be laser or RF based. This missile is smooth and does not have the large rectangular windows seen on live PL-12 ordnance.
