All of the 12 production units were used by the ROCAF, while Italy only had the prototype.
Its Pending :)
great :)
I assume Chengdu J-10A after Shenyang J-11 & Shenyang J-8F on unique chinese fighter aircraft line but not fighter aircraft from ROCAF line
I guess Mirage 2000-5EI and AIDC F-CK-1A, F-CK-1A MLU & F-CK-1C put before F-16A Block 20 MLU with full armament
Thread Updated
For the P-40’s China used, they operate P-40F’s and both the Early P-40N (i.e ones with 6 50.cals) and Late P-40N (i.e ones with 4 50.cals)
The Chinese and the Flying Tigers may have upgraded their P-40’s to use Soviet bombs also the bomb in the pic below is a Japanese Bomb
China also used armed variants of the Northrop Gamma 2E, licensed built versions of the A-12 Shrike and the Bellanca 28-90 and the Nakajima Type 91 Parasol fighter
bombbay? I got it, thanks~~
One place to look is what IJN/IJA divisions are in Taiwan prior to the unconditional surrender, see if at least one of those division operate N1K’s and see what the fate of those aircraft during the surrender
I do know that N1K’s were based at Taiwan as early as 1943 to defend the island from US bombing raids but i am not sure if N1K’s let alone N1K1’s were still on Taiwan in 1945
We have an image of one, on a magazine cover, i dug into it a little bit and a school of some sort took it and another model for evaluation, N1K1-Jb and one of the prototype models (which there is like 40)
There were 6 received in Hsinchu naval air base, 1 in the surrounding area, and 2 in Tainan naval airbase.
