If it was a different material, there should be a structure in the cross section showing it. Also other sources don’t even mention that technology was used in the DTC10-125. That paper is only for experimental.

There seems be quite some contradictions and mistakes in this manual. For example it says that the 125mm canon is 55-caliber yet states that the length of cannon is 6000mm (48-caliber) elsewhere. Also, the loading speed has two values (6~8r/min and 7~9r/min) in this one manual.
Even though it is an official manual I have to doubt its validity. Otherwise there must be some serious problems with our translation tools.
it still seems to be the best we have as a primary source that goes in detail on the tank, so we have to work with what we got, until something better shows up

TEC is just a content farm at this point, if you look he posted atleast 9 videos with the last day, and usually takes atleast 10 minutes to tell you 2 min worth of content.
Regardless the War thunder devs and moderators themselves don’t seem concerned about the issue, so I see no issues with the bug reports made.
Hopefully we see a lot of these changes implemented into the VT-4 sooner than later, as I want it to hit the live server in the best shape possible. Still unclear if we’ll see a second dev server or not…

He’s a YouTuber who also does some live streaming of the game, but clearly spends most of his time making “War thunder news” for his YouTube channel, but to be completely honest it’s a waste of your time, as he is more content farming then actually being informative, and he’s notorious for making false claims and having unpopular tales, but naturally that’s all a matter of perspective.
TEC is just short for “The European Canadian” which is what he calls himself

Hey guys, I might start trying to find any and all good info about the VT-5 and Type 15 light tanks in this thread, as I suspect they may be the next tanks to get added to the game for China, and it’s important that if the vehicles come to the game underperforming that we are ready to act and make bug reports that gaijjin will actually acknowledge. Sometimes they will of it comes from a official source, and if there is a lack of any other info. Such example like the VT-4’s ability to neutral steer. The Autoloader in this video is quite obviously reloading in under 4 seconds, so it’s hard to contest that…
