so how fast should it be foing?
At the BSS rating it should be 912.5 ps @ 2300 rpm, as was posted earlier in this thread. They’ve copy-pasted statistics from one of the Chieftains.
Hard to see the pack but it clearly doesn’t have an L60.
Britain 9.0 lineup will move up a notch. Love to see it. USSR/China/Britain elite 9.0 lineups.

Lol. Really? Gaijin, I understand you’re using the concept vehicle without the chobham but do you really think this is 4mm of structural steel? British WW2 mudguards are 4mm of structural steel. :D
Yeah i can see that.
Also does the tank in game have tbe weight set as if it has the concrete/ composites modelled? Cause if it does it’s incorrect as well.
Gotta ask do we know thw weight of the vehicle without the composite? Is it in game modeled to the correct weight.?
Pretty sure leopard 2av did not have its composite fitted but it still has it in the game, isn’t it also the case with the msc?
wheres the composite armour? how did you miss the key feature of this prototype
The prototype was never fitted with composite armour, it was just a mock-up.
Its clearly been custom made to fit at 9.0.
Many prototypes in game have stuff they didn’t have fitted, and there are even weapons which never left the mockup phase and are basicaly fictional (KH-38MT).
The only reason this makes sense is to keep it at 9.0 but even that’s weird as there are tanks with composite at 9.0.
Can’t say I’m exactly shocked.
and the XF5U never took off nor did it have any weapons, it was just a mock up
Its a grey area.
There are loads of examples of mockups and unfinished prototypes coming in their full intended state but on the C-900… I actually dont mind it too much. As long as its armour doesnt differ dramatically from the other cheiftains, then it will be a really solid addition for 9.0 alongside the Mk10. With that notable boost in mobility. Adding the chobham armour for the sake of it, and it ending up potentially more like 9.7/10.0, just seems a little daft.
That is not true. The XF5U was a functioning prototype aircraft that could complete taxi runs. That means it is by definition not a mock up. However the programme was indeed cancelled before it flew.
The Chieftain 900 was a Chieftain with a new engine and some sheet metal welded on it, to show what Chobham armour might look like. In such cases Gaijin sometimes chose to implement the prototype as it was and sometimes choose to implement what a final version would have look like.
On this occasion they said they chose to implement the prototype because it would fit better at the BR they wanted it at.
I would say with composites it would hit 9.7 ish
and concrete poured to simulate the weight no?
TBH no idea if they even did that. As far as I can tell Chieftain 900 basically just existed to sit at a few arms fairs in the hope someone would buy it.
I see, I hope it’s at least got the proper engine and such b y the time it’s released fully
British tank?
Proper engine specs?
You need to lay off the copium :P
Pure hopium mate hahaha, as of RN it’s just a C&P MK5 with a LRF and Dart, realistically we where promised 52KMPH and higher HP/T
This madlad actually thinks he’s getting a dart!
