Hello, is there any chance the J-10C could get the WS-10B Series 3 in the future?

WS-10B-3 is made specifically for flankers so no (J-10 engines have flipped gear box they arent compatible), J-10C will be stuck with WS-10B unless china develops an improvement for the original (which is very unlikely)
