it can’t, the inner pylon which usually carry fuel tanks, is said to be able to carry missiles. it’s same as other under wing pylons, but carry pl-12 will cause the smoke get in the engine so usually no
I meant the sides of the belly like this diagram shows. I’ve never seen anything mounted there on an actual plane.

I hope we get a more modern j10 since at this point we’ve crossed well into 4th gen with advanced avionics like f16c, like hopefully our j10 comes with pl8b pl12s etc
I mean the thing is we don’t get to see so much of PLAAF exercises so they could be using this configuration in other cases and we wouldn’t know, as long as it was shown it should be ok to be implemented.
