I have been chat banned for well over a year at this point. I’ve logged in consecutively, every day, for the past 365 days. I can’t communicate with squadron mates, I can’t communicate with random team mates, can’t communicate with private messages. Anything to do with communicating via in game chat window, I can’t do which extremely limits my enjoyment of the game.
I probably won’t have the chat ban removed but I’d like to at least try.
Its all a bit weird to be honest. I was chat banned years ago, maybe a year ago I enquired about having it removed.
After the reply I did not bother, it actually brought up the chat text and a bit of flannel of why it was sooooo bad, but then just asked in a roundabout way would I do it again or could they trust me ?
I was not going to get into a sniveling, obsequious dialogue of apology so I just left it.
It is odd that in the real world criminals are treated better in a legal framework, but if you have no overarching framework it is just a dictatorial system with a large emotional input.
Well this is Gaijin’s ball-game and you’ve agreed to the terms of game and the system you’re playing under. If given the opportunity to brown-nose your way into being unbanned, just do it.
Exactly a ball game with no legislation and everybody makes up their own rules, possibly a valid definition of chaos not a good place to be.
As for brown nosing ehhh no way, especially to be honest to a load of jumped up petty tyrants. As it is nobody i know plays the game they are far smarter for that and far smarter than me, so no need for squads. Also the chat in game is toxic and very very poor at the best of times, even before I was banned I filled up my list of people who could not contact me and the next step was to disable in game chat. Got tired of the abuse in languages I do not speak, for whatever reason they were moaning and griping.
I’ve talk a bunch of shits and mocked CAS players in the chat and never been complained about and receive a ban, don’t know what yall did to even received a one-year-long ban lmao
The key is to discern whether sensitivity applies in a given situation, you must have talked so much crap to even the mods think it is justified lol
