If my account has the chat banned I risk the perma ban on my account? Pls I swear no because I have spent like 500€ on the game

Chat bans are independent from account bans. In the case of repeated chat related offenses, the chat ban duration will get longer, but it will not result in a ban of your account.
However, there is stuff also in chat that can get your account into trouble, and that is any discussion of sale/purchase of accounts, or hacking/cheating. There is zero tolerance for such topics.
If you have more detailed questions about this, please contact a Game Master via PM, as such matters are best not discussed publicly for data privacy reasons.

as some one who ben chat ban like 8 times now its always a 30 day ban.
people feelings get hurt to easy and there for should not be online period if that the case. i think chat bans are stupid do to the fact people need to grow a pair.

What I still don’t understand - and I’m doing this for over 10 years here now - is how people think it’s ok to write what they write that gets them in trouble.
I never have had any issues, and this without having to read through a set of rules that explain what should be common decency and courtesy anyway. I was brought up that way, I “exercise” this daily without sweat in every human interaction, in any situation. It’s really not impossible or even difficult to do.
Random customers should not be subject to the really hair rising chat content that we see daily. No 12 year old needs to be told to kill himself. Nobody needs to be called a [insert dehumanizing racist or xenophobic term here]. Nobody needs to hear vile sexual slang when playing a game.
We don’t do this in sports, in the restaurant, or on the streets, no? So why is it such a bother to not do this online?
As to “people should grow a pair”, no, people should learn again to treat each other decently and moderate themselves to not offending any random person that crosses their way. And if they’re not willing or able to moderate themselves, we will have to do so in the environment where we are responsible for that.

Why can’t you buy accounts or sell them? Sorry if it is a dumb question, I just got curious.
I would assume it’s mostly because this would open the door for organized account farming, where people/organizations grind/level accounts explicitly to sell them. That has never been positive for the respective gaming communities (I remember ages ago in WoW this was really a big issue…)
As they care not at all for gameplay and only need to level as quickly and easily as possible to be able to profit the most, gameplay and teamwork are completely ignored, and professional leveling also makes the use of bots attractive, which is also something that does not help the gameplay at all.
But, that’s just what I personally think the reason could be.
As a former World of Warships player (and if you are one too, cool) yes, now I understand. Noobs in top-tier and outright stupid people that hinder people’s game play… I have seen those a lot in WoWs. thanks for letting me know!
Hihi, no I meant World of Warcraft. There “gold farmers” were really a pain when I was quite active all that long time ago. But also the official internal market there had some ugly effects, which even were the topic of at least one if not several Big Bang Theory episodes…
Oh, I guess these account farmers are in multiple games. I saw that there was even a website in which you can pay gamers to grind your account. It was really cheap, like 4 dollars for the whole tech tree. I really hope Gaijin knows how to deal with this tho. Currently I am too bad at the game to see, but I don’t have problems with dumb teammates.
